- Connection and installation of temperature and vibration sensors for bearings after installation of a new pump with further connection to the existing APCS.

Start-up and adjustment:
- Installation of new pumps
- Configuring i/o signals in DCS and SIS
- Development of application software, implementation of pump control algorithms and SIS automatic triggering in case of an accident
- Establishing communication between DCS and SIS at one APCS level via internal data transmission algorithms
- Implementation of the operator interface (mimic diagram)
- Testing of the developed application software in the Centum CS3000 DCS
