  • Inspection of the facility, collection of initial data
  • Project development including development of detail design documentation
  • Development of application software for PLC and SCADA
  • Hardware and software installation
  • Start-up and adjustment of the ACS hardware and software
  • Elimination of identified deficiencies

Hardware and software main specifications:

  • The automated process control system has a three-level structure:
  • Upper level (operator workstations): SCADA WinCC;
  • Middle level (controllers, network equipment):
— SIMATIC S7-410Н redundant controller;
— SIMATIC ET200M distributed I/O system;
  • Lower level (field-level equipment);
  • sensors and actuators.

Development environment — SIMATIC PCS 7 by SIEMENS.

SIMATIC PCS 7 provides a unique, open platform for addressing issues of integrated automation of industrial enterprises.

Project description:

Full replacement of the current APCS of the compositions plant with its further integration into the polyethylene production APCS at Tomskneftekhim.
